Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy 1. Missed Appointment Policy My goal is to provide quality lashes to all of my clients in a timely manner. Appointments will be around 2hrs because you’ll be receiving quality work. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not just me, but other Clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments. Appointment Cancellation When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on the calendar that is no longer available to other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow lash tech, please call Anuscha as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least [48hrs] in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time. How to Cancel Your Appointment If you need to cancel your appointment, please call me at [4438685653] between the hours of [8:00am-1:00pm]. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. I will return your call as soon as possible. Late Cancellations/No-Shows A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than [24hrs] before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the patient a [$50] missed appointment fee.

For new clients first appointments, a no show or late cancellation will result in a 50% charge of the new client fee. 2. Cancellation Policy (Beauty Salons, Other Services) Your appointment and well-being are very important to me. I understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least [24hr] notice. My Policy: Any cancellation or reschedule made less than [24hrs] will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to [%50] of the reserved services or [$80], whichever is more. If you are more than [15min] late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. I will do my very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. I require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services. 4. Short Cancellation Policy I know your time is valuable, and mine is too. Out of respect for me and staff and my other clients, I ask that you give me at least [24hrs] notice if you need to cancel an appointment. The first time a client misses an appointment, I will make a note in your file. All future missed appointments will incur a [$50] fee. 
Please note, I do not offer refunds. However, if you give me at least [24hrs] notice of your need to cancel, I will credit your payment toward another appointment. However, if you do not cancel with at least [24hrs] notice, you will lose any payments you have already made. 6. Short Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 3 days or more in advance of the appointment date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within [48hrs] will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within [48] hours will not receive a refund.
